The flexible C42 coating is single component acrylic based coating. This coating is oxygen-breathing and is used for sealing surfaces

Usage:

C42 coating, due to its high adhesion and high resistance to moisture and various chemicals, and other properties such as flexibility, sealing ability, bridging ability up to 2mm cracks, smooth surface, simple, non-toxic performance, oxygen-breathing, low volatility, wash ability, and non-shrinkable, used on concrete surfaces and most building materials to seal and protect against aggressive materials as a long-lasting protective layer. To reduce the use of this coating, you need to use the C42 lining layer or the diluted coating itself. C42 surface layer is recommended if high UV resistance is required. This coating can be used for sealing and protecting different surface such as walls, tanks, pipes, ducts, tunnels, types of concrete structures, foundations, pool and water storage, tanks, sanitary ware, etc. This coating is capable of preserving its properties up to 65 oC and in-frost condition up to -35 oC.

Dosage:

1.35 Kg of coating is required to apply a dry layer of 500 micron thickness.

Method of use:

The C42 coating s ready to use and no material needs to be added. The underside must be clean and free of loose particles, grease, dust, moisture and any contamination or other coating. Also, the underside must be dry before coating. If pores or roughness of concrete surface is high, repair the surface with appropriate restorative mortar prior to application. This coating can be applied with a brush, roller or spraying method. Water can be added to the coating as needed. The minimum temperature is 10 oC. The maximum time after exposure to air at 25 oC is more than 60 minutes. All equipment should be thoroughly cleaned with water immediately after finishin or stopping. If the coating hardens, the coating can be remove only mechanically.

Maintenance:

Keep in dry covered place, and away from direct sunlight under proper storage condition. It can be used up to 24 month after production.
