A polycarbixilate based high slump retention superplastisizer is a new generation of concrete admixtures that have the ability to increase slump and reduce water cement ratio and also retain slump for more than 1 hour and proper pump ability of concrete properly.
The PC 6621 high slump retention superplasticizer can be widely used in a variety of industries such as ready-mix concrete, precast concrete, etc. the ability to improve concrete performance, uniformity of concrete, significant increase in short-term and long-term strength of concrete, drastic reduction of water/cement ratio with proper performance are the cases that have expanded its application. The PC 6621’s slump retention property enables the construction and execution of concrete in conditions where the fluidity of concrete needs to be maintained due to prolonged run-off and hot air conditions.
It is wieldy used in ordinary concrete, pump concrete, high-flow concrete, self-compact concrete and high strength concrete.
Depending on the purpose of use, usage of PC 6621 is recommended at 0.25 to 1.2 percent of cementitious materials. The dosage is obtained according to the mixing design and laboratory tests.
This product should be added when making concrete. The best effect is when about 50 to 70 percent of the water is first added to the concrete. Never add this product directly to dry materials.
Keep away from direct sunlight at the temperature 1 to 40 oC. in case of freezing it should be warmed slowly and preferably stirred well before use and be sure to control its function. Under proper storage it can be used up to 12 month after production.
